ALLIED HEALTH JOBS

 

Respiratory Therapist - Full Time
(a) 8p-8a ; (b) 8a-8p;  (c) PRN 8p-8a – 1 position available

Respiratory

Must be CRRT, RRT preferred.  Must have BLS & ACLS.  PALS or NRP also required.  Graduate from an accredited respiratory school.  Experience needed in Neonatal, ER, ICU areas.

 
Medical Technologist - PRN          

Laboratory

The position performs and interprets diagnostic procedures in all areas of the Clinical Laboratory.
State of FL as a Medical Technologist registered as a Medical Technologist by a national agency: ASCP, NCA or AMT, and have a minimum of 1 yr exp. as a Medical Technologist in a hospital Clinical Laboratory. 

 
Laboratory Director – Full Time 

Laboratory

The Clinical Laboratory Director supervises and coordinates all technical and administrative responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory including but not limited to: maintaining quality control, performance improvement, safety, controlling inventory of supplies and reagents, decision on the purchase of analytical equipment, correlation of new procedures and assays, policy and procedures review and revision and maintains the lab to meet all necessary JCAHO, CLIA and State of Florida standards of licensure. Evaluates the Clinical Laboratory (Histology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Immunohematology, Phlebotomy, and Clerical) services in order to assure that the laboratory goals and objectives are met in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.  Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biology and at least 5 years technical experience and 3 years supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory.  Licensed by the State of Florida Dept of Health Clinical Laboratory Supervisor.

 

NURSING OPPORTUNITIES

RN - EMERGENCY ROOM (3) Full Time Nights

ER
Must have unrestricted RN license.  Must be able to work without direct supervision, nursing experience, ER preferred.  Must have or acquire ACLS & PALS within six months of hire.  
RN – PCU  (a) Full Time (8p-8a)    (b) PRN

PCU

Must have a current FL RN license, ACLS certification and 1-year acute care experience.  
RN – CCU – Full Time

CCU

Must have a current FL RN license, ACLS certification, and  CPR Preference 1-year critical care experience  or CCRN.  
Quality & Risk Manager     

Infection Control

This position is responsive for the coordination and facilitation of a comprehensive hospital wide Quality Improvement and Risk Mgt program, which meets regulatory requirements.  The person in this position is designated as the Hospital’s Risk Mgr and Patient Safety Officer.  This position organizes, directs and controls the Quality Improvement and Risk Mgt./Patient Safety functions of the Hospital.  The Mgr will establish goals; implement operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and established program directives.  Must have a current FL RN or LPN license, Florida Health Care Risk Manager License, 5 yrs mgt experience in health related field.  Hospital or Healthcare related Quality Improvement experience.
