Special Diets

If you are on a special diet, a representative from our Food Services Department will come by to discuss it with you.  Preparing a special diet is just like filling a prescription, both are important to your speedy recovery.  You may not always get the foods you prefer or your food may not be seasoned to your taste, but we are following your doctor's orders.

Nutritional Education

Nutritional Education is available to inpatients and outpatients by calling Food Services at extension 567.

Mealtimes

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

There are times when a patient's mealtime may have to be delayed because of certain tests or treatments. If this is necessary, you will be informed and special arrangements to serve you will be made through the Food Services Department.
